Shipping Policies

Once payment has been received and cleared, we will make every effort to ship your product within 24-48 hours. If the product you ordered is not in stock or is currently on back order, we will do our best to give you an estimated time frame your order will ship, you will also be given the option to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

We will only ship to the verified Paypal billing address or the billing address of your credit card.

We use USPS for all shipments under 20 lbs. FedEx for most shipments over 20 lbs. Our rates are based on total dollar amount purchased, see rates below.

Return Policies

Sharpchain.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from our website at www.sharpchain.com

Our Return Policy includes a 18% processing charge on all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. If product is returned due to invalid USPS address, we will issue a refund less the original shipping charges, we will not reship item.

  • All products returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at (888) 912-0099 or email us at support@sharpchain.com.
  • Products that are not eligible for return, will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from sharpchain.com
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage, installation, mounting or use.
    • Chainsaw Sharpeners.
    • Any and all electrical items.
    • Purchases older than 30 days.

Refunds

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. Issuing a company check may delay the process time that is taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
